Job Description

Performs as a team member with the venue hosts food servers shift supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth efficient venue operation.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for delivering food correctly to guests in the dining room.
• Responsible for packaging and delivery to the bar of Take Out orders.
• Assists Food Servers as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of all side stations and assists with side work as needed.
• Performs as a team member with the venue hosts food servers shift supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth efficient venue operation.
• To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
• Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors.
• Maintains upbeat positive attitude positive energy and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• Restaurant experience preferred
• The more experience the better.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.
• Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.

REASONING ABILITY:

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
