Job Description:
Are you looking for a fast-paced and exciting job that will challenge you and keep you on your toes If you are a quick learner with a positive attitude and a passion for customer service then the Runner position at Westgate Resorts is the perfect job for you!
As a Runner you will be responsible for delivering requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized storage closet navigating our resort by providing around-the-clock service and greeting our guests with a warm and friendly welcome. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our guests and to be part of a team of friendly and supportive colleagues.
In this exciting role you will:
- Schedule: 3pm-11pm
- Deliver requested items to the staff and guest units promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized storage closet
- Navigate our resort by providing around-the-clock service
- Greet our guests with a warm and friendly welcome
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Demonstrates a friendly and positive demeanor
- Possesses a strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be comfortable working in a variety of outdoor weather conditions (i.e. hot cold wet humid etc.)
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must have proof of a valid drivers license
- Westgate is a Smoke and Tobacco-Free workplace. Except where prohibited by law applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for the position
- Required to pass a background check drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States
