Job Summary
TheSeniorSupply Chain Analystposition plays a key role in the success ofRegal Rexnords Sales Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) for the IndustrialPowertrain Solutions (IPS) segment($2.7B).The positionisresponsiblefordeveloping analytics solutions for Supply Chain and Operations focused on SIOP. Responsibilities includereviewing analyzing documentingand validating user requirements applicationsand processesin addition to creatingthe solutionsinSnowflake andPower BI.This will beaccomplishedby workingwith stakeholders throughout the organization toidentifyand actionopportunities forleveragingcompany data to drive businessimprovements and achieve abest in classSupply Chain.
Lead data driveninitiativesin Supply Chain applications implementations design development and support fordatamodel building acrosskeyIPS SIOP Analytics such asforecastaccuracymetrics inventory analyticsand other cross functional requirements.
Responsibilities
Analyzeoperational problems andimplement analytics solutions that enable businessimprovements through modeling analytical reviews dataminingand other analytical methods.
Design and measurenew analysis/reporting processes.Ownback-endand front-end ofPower BI Dashboards.
Lead and manage the design development testingimplementationand support ofSnowflake drivenPower BI reports for Supply Chain.Focus on topics such ason timeperformance to customers production attainment past due reporting and forecast accuracy.
Subject matter expert and liaison for cross functional efforts.Assistwith design and development ofvalue addedoperational reporting and analysis acrossallSupply Chain.
Gathers and evaluates data from multiple sources.Analyzesreconcilesandidentifiesmeasurable opportunitiesforimprovement.Identifiesand implements audit processes to ensuredataissues areidentified trackedreportedand resolvedin a timely manner.
Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models andmonitoroutcomes.Develop processes and tools tomonitorand analyze model performance and data accuracy.Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of data sources and data gathering techniques.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
BS in Supply Chain ManagementAnalyticsBusinessorEngineering. MBA a plus.
Minimum7years of proven progressive supply chainand analyticsexperience.
MRP Knowledge (SAP andOracle preferred).
Strong analytical skills -DatabaseStructures Power BISnowflakeSQL.
Knowledge of Supply Chain best practices S&OP Master Scheduling Inventory / Warehouse Optimization Demand Planning.
Extensive knowledge of Operational/Supply Chain metrics reporting and analytical tools / analysis.
Ability to lead through influence.
Strong interpersonal skills proven ability to navigate influence and negotiate matrix reporting relationships.
Comfort with working with several cultures / nationalities and managing teams across several time zones globally.
Familiar with a variety ofthe manufacturingconcepts practices procedures.
Demonstrated ability to analyze resolveproblemsand convert data into actionable solutions.Detailoriented andaccurate.
Proven ability to create and implement strategic plans and business results.
SoftwareSkills:SnowflakeMicrosoft OfficeSuite (advancedPower BI Excel) SharePointSAPor other ERP system.
Knowledge ofleantools and mindset to drive for continuous improvement.
Flexible able to work onowninitiative deal with more than one project at a time can work under pressure and tight deadlines and prioritize tasks accordingly.
Potential for some travel to headquarters/manufacturing plants if needed for key initiatives.
