Automotive experience is a plus but it is NOT required. We are willing to train the right person with the right attitude work ethic and desire to succeed.

Build lasting relationships with customers and create clients for life
Assist customers in finding the right vehicle through a consultative customer-first approach
Learn vehicle features technology and product knowledge to become a trusted expert
Deliver professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
Work closely with sales leadership to achieve personal and team goals
Bring positive energy professionalism and a strong work ethic every day
Qualifications
Positive outgoing and self-motivated personality
Strong communication and people skills
Coachable mindset with a desire to learn and improve
Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
