• Leading and developing the Art department across KS3KS5

• Teaching Art including Fine Art and potentially other disciplines such as Photography or Textiles

• Driving curriculum innovation and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

• Overseeing assessment tracking progress and raising attainment

• Organising exhibitions showcases and enrichment opportunities

• Supporting and mentoring colleagues within the department
