Salary : Circa 95000

Has handson experience engaging with FNZ and is confident navigating vendor coordination dependencies release timelines and multiteam delivery across platforms.

Understands how technology delivery works endtoendthe pace of releases the governance needed to land change safely and how to help teams plan and communicate progress transparently.

Is comfortable working across time zones collaborating effectively with teams based in India and adjusting meeting patterns where needed to maintain alignment and momentum

A bit about the job

As Head of Delivery for the Wealth Studio youll be a core member of the Studios tripartite leadership team working closely with the Engineering Lead and Product Owner. Your purpose is to create an environment where delivery teams can perform with clarity confidence and consistency.

Ensure execution of the Wealth Studio Model the against the agreed model design principals ensure priorities are clearly articulated and maintain momentum across multiple initiatives. The role spans portfolio planning dependency management release coordination and embedding strong agile practices across teams.

A key part of your work will involve close collaboration with FNZ internal engineeringteams and product partners across Wealth. You will ensure technical requirements are well defined sequenced and delivered through structured predictable release cycles that support the Wealth strategy.

Skills and experience were looking for

• Proven experience working with FNZ including coordinating with engineeringteams managing vendor dependencies and ensuring technical requirements are scheduled and deployed through consistent release cycles.

• Fully Agilecertified with a strong understanding of agile delivery practices planning IT deployments and technology release cycles within complex environments.

• Ability to work confidently with senior leadership influencing priorities resolving blockers and driving aligned decisionmaking.

• Flexibility to collaborate with global vendor teams particularly those based in India including meetings aligned to Indian time zones and weekend release schedules.

• Background in IWR Wealthor similar wealth technology environments with understanding of wealth products platform delivery and endtoend technical change.

Whilst we expect the offered salary to fall within the applicable pay range any specific offer will be reflective of experience and the market rate for the role.
