Position Overview
Pathways to Life Inc. is seeking a highly organizedand professional Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative supportto the Chief Executive Officer. This position plays a critical role in managingthe daily operations of the CEOs office coordinating executivecommunications and ensuring the CEOs time and priorities are effectivelysupported.
The ideal candidate isdetail-oriented highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities whilemaintaining strict confidentiality. This role requires strong communicationskills professionalism and the ability to work independently in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage and coordinate the CEOscalendar appointments and meeting schedule to ensure alignment withorganizational priorities.
-Screen prioritize and managecommunications directed to the CEO including emails calls and correspondence.
-Prepare reports presentationsbriefing materials and executive correspondence for the CEO.
-Coordinate travel arrangementsand itineraries for the CEO as needed.
-Prepare meeting agendas andmaterials to ensure the CEO is well prepared for meetings.
-Maintain accurate records anddocumentation related to meetings and executive activities.
-Track action items and follow-uptasks resulting from CEO meetings.
-Maintain organized executivefiling systems and documentation.
-Track deadlines deliverablesand commitments assigned to the CEO.
-Provide administrativecoordination for special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
Qualifications
-Bachelors degree in BusinessAdministration Healthcare Administration Public Administration or a relatedfield preferred.
-Minimum of 3 to 5 years ofexecutive administrative support experience preferably supporting a ChiefExecutive Officer or senior executive.
-Experience working in healthcarebehavioral health or nonprofit organizations is preferred.

-Ability to prioritize tasks andmanage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

-Proficiency with Microsoft Officeor Google Workspace platforms.
-Ability to work independentlywhile supporting executive leadership priorities.
