Position Overview:

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to fill an opening with a multi-specialty practice in Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled PA to provide high-quality care and work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals in a dynamic clinical environment.

Work Schedule:
- This is a Full-time position.
- 5 days (1 weekend per month no compensation)
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Qualifications:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with a Masters degree.
Licensure: Active and unrestricted FL State PA license.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in performing physical exams diagnosing and treating common conditions and assisting in procedures. Experience with EMR systems is preferred.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work effectively within a multi-specialty team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments including taking medical histories performing physical examinations and ordering or interpreting diagnostic tests.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries under the supervision of a licensed physician.
Develop and implement patient management plans including prescribing medications and treatments within the scope of practice.
Assist physicians during surgical procedures or specialized treatments as needed.
Provide patient and family education on health maintenance disease prevention and treatment options.
Document all patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
