Job Title: Associate Key Account Manager Vet Channel Nordic
6 month contract
Job Summary
Provides support to the Nordic CD Team Senior Manager with driving JVPs committed projects administration. Development and implementation of sales and business plans for Nordic Veterinary Corporate Accounts and Field teams to achieve volume and value sales goals.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Collaborate with Key Accounts Field Sales Managers and Vet Territory Managers to implement Key Accounts sales and marketing activities for Hills to ensure:
Awareness and endorsement by the veterinary profession of Hills existing products and services
Drive projects with Key Account customers
Endorsement and distribution of new products
Increased distribution on existing product lines
Increase share in the Key Accounts
Liaising with Field Sales Managers and Vet Territory Managers for KA feedback
Support the CD Senior Manager to conduct effective and professional business meetings and business reviews.
Monitor the achievement of specified accounts objectives and develop prepare and implement plans for remedial action where necessary. This may include:
Preparation of sales figures coverage figures
Bonus Reports
Maintain current and accurate records of all key account
Gather VTM/FSM feedback
Drive admin tasks with support from CD Student and maintain current and accurate records of all key accounts. This may included:
- BDF maintenance
- Staff feeding
- Bonus reports
- Customer data
Participate and present in monthly meetings and Sales meetings

Education/ Experience Requirements
Business degree education or equivalent
1-2 years of sales experience preferably within an FMCG or animal/nutrition industry
Presentation communication organisation and negotiation skills
Native speaking in a Nordic language
Full and valid driving licence
Travel Requirements
Expected percentage of travel: 10-15%
