About the Role
Werelooking for an experiencedLearning & Development professionalto help shape design and deliverhigh-qualitytraining across our Customer Operations function. This is a unique opportunity to bringexternal insightinnovation anddigital-first thinkinginto a team that is evolving fast and undergoing significant transformation.
In this roleyoullworkend-to-endacross the learning lifecycle from needs analysis to design and delivery supporting three core areas:
Induction & onboardingfor new colleagues
Change deliveryand embedding operational changes
Transformation learning supporting our shift towards moredigitalandAI enabledprocesses
This role suits someone who is energised by a challenge thrives in an environment that is evolving quickly and can translate organisational change into engaging meaningful learning experiences.
What Youll Do:
Designing and deliveringhigh impactlearning solutions across multiple journeys and operational areas
Leadingdigital learningdesignand contributing to our wider digital transformation
Conducting learning needs analysis toidentifyskills gaps and build tailored programmes
Upskillingourexistingcolleguesthrough engaging modern training methods
Working collaboratively with internal teams to understand evolving needs
Delivering bothvirtual andface-to-facetraining with some travelrequired
Bringing an external perspective to help shape the future of our learning function
About You:
Strong experience inLearning & Developmentdigitaltraining design andtraining delivery
Ability to innovate challenge and help shape our digital learning roadmap
Experience across inductionchange ortransformation environments
A background in financial services regulatory environments or other complex sectors (wereopen to sector transfer where trainingexpertiseis strong)
Confidence working in fastmoving evolving environments with shifting priorities
Ability tooperateat pace and bring positive energy insight and fresh thinking
