Are you a Legal Adviser In House Lawyer Commercial Solicitor or Litigation Lawyer looking for your next move or an experienced legal professional ready to broaden your impact across a Group function in Milton Keynes This Group Legal Adviser role offers a unique opportunity to work at the centre of the business supporting key decisions managing legal risk and influencing commercial outcomes across multiple business units.

Managing and conducting a wide range of litigation matters including debt recovery commercial disputes and defence of claims

Drafting reviewing and negotiatingcommercial contracts including bespoke hire agreements and supplier arrangements

Supporting the Group Legal Director in identifying legal and commercial risks recommending practical mitigation strategies

Providinglegal advice across employment insolvency and property matters including leases and operational sites

Overseeing and managingexternal legal partners ensuring cost control progress tracking and quality outcomes
About You
You are a commercially minded legal professional who thrives in a varied role and enjoys balancing technical legal work with real business impact. You are confident working independently but equally value collaboration bringing clarity and practical solutions to colleagues across different functions.

Experience of working in an in house legal function with exposure to business facing legal support

Strong expertise in commercial contracts including drafting reviewing and negotiation

Proven experience managing litigation matters from instruction through to resolution

Qualified with an LLB and LLM with a solid academic and practical legal foundation

Highly organised with strong attention to detail able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
