As M&A Manager EMEIA you will join a small highimpact team operating at the centre of this acquisitive model supporting and leading transactions across one of the Groups most diverse and demanding regions.

For the right candidate this role represents a rare strategic career opportunity: you will be trained and mentored by some of the most experienced M&A professionals in the industry gaining deep exposure to transactions integration and strategy in a highly decentralised international organisation.

The role

As M&A Manager you will work across the full deal lifecycle from earlystage target screening through transaction execution to postacquisition integration. With M&A embedded in everything we do you will be continuously exposed to live transactions and strategic decisionmaking.

You will report to the Director M&A EMEIA and work closely with the SVP Head of M&A and Strategy Development EMEIA as well as senior regional business leaders CFOs and Group stakeholders.

With an average of approximately five transactions per year the role offers exceptional learning velocity responsibility and visibility within a highly acquisitive multinational organisation.

Key responsibilities

  • Support and lead buyside and sellside M&A transactions across the full lifecycle
  • Take ownership of critical deal workstreams including financial analysis quality of earnings and deal structuring
  • Build and review valuation models financial models and investment cases
  • Coordinate and manage financial commercial legal tax and operational due diligence with internal teams and external advisors
  • Support negotiations and the preparation of transaction documentation
  • Contribute to postacquisition integration planning tracking and valuecreation initiatives
  • Identify screen and evaluate acquisition opportunities across EMEIA
  • Conduct market competitive and strategic analyses in priority segments
  • Prepare investment papers and executive presentations for EMEIA and Group approval forums
  • Act as a trusted partner to Business Segment and Product Segment leadership and their CFOs on live transactions

Skills and experience

  • Proven experience in M&A and/or Transaction Services
  • Strong grounding in financial due diligence transaction services and deal execution with exposure to multiple transactions
  • Excellent financial modelling valuation and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple transaction workstreams and interfacing with senior stakeholders
  • Degree in Finance Economics Business or equivalent academic excellence in a highly analytical discipline
  • Clear concise and confident written and verbal communication skills in English additional languages are an advantage.
  • Experience operating in an international organisation
