Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Lead the technical direction of projects by selecting appropriate technology stacks
defining software architecture and establishing technical standards.
Oversee the quality of code produced by the engineering team conduct thorough code reviews
and enforce best practices to maintain high standards in software development.
Provide mentorship to team members fostering the development of their technical skills.
Offer guidance on complex technical issues and support the growth of the engineering team.
Serve as the go-to expert for resolving complex technical problems including troubleshooting and debugging challenging issues.
Work closely with product managers designers and other teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders bridging the gap between engineering and other departments.
Background
Deep understanding of software architecture design patterns and scalable systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
Track record in guiding technical direction and fostering collaboration.
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing complex issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Desirable technical skills
Strong expertise in Python TypeScript and JavaScript.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React NextJS) and backend development patterns.
Experience with Playwright ViTest and Storybook.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools.
Cloud AWS GCP (Must have any one).
Deployment GitLab (must have any one source code repo knowledge) Kubernetes
Docker (must have) Terraform (nice to have)
IDE - VSCode (must have one IDE knowledge)
