Your key responsibilities

• Job Title: Oracle PBCS/EPBCS Consultant
• Level: Consultant to Manager
• Experience: 8years preferably
• Location: Bangalore preferably and then GGN.
• Joining : Immediate / less than 30 days.

Below are the key details for the job descriptions:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement solutions using Oracle PBCS / EPBCS / Hyperion Planning with a strong focus on Planning Budgeting and Forecasting processes.
• Analyse financial planning budgeting forecasting and management reporting requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and functional consultants to convert business requirements into effective Oracle EPM designs.
• Develop and maintain business rules calculation scripts and allocation logic using Calc Manager and Essbase calculations.
• Design and manage multidimensional data models including dimensions hierarchies and metadata structures.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Planning and Essbase applications.
• Build and manage data integrations using Data Management FDMEE ODI and flatfile / source system interfaces.
• Support process automation to improve planning cycle efficiency and data accuracy.
• Ensure secure user provisioning access control and security design across Planning applications.
• Participate in testing phases (SIT UAT) deployment activities and production readiness.
• Provide ongoing application support issue resolution and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical design documents configuration workbooks and process flows.
• Train end users and provide postimplementation and operational support.
• Communicate effectively with users and management presenting technical concepts in a clear and businessfocused manner.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g. budgeting forecasting reporting).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: Candidates with Engineering or MCA or MBA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualifications.

Soft Skills:

• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
