SAP S4 HANA SD Application Expert

PRIMARY JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible to deliver design and system configuration for the Sales and Distribution (SD) module in SAP S/4HANA ensuring successful rollout and adoption of standardized Quote-to-Cash processes across business units. The candidate is responsible for translating business requirements into system solutions managing data migration testing training and post-go-live support while aligning with SAP best practices and project timelines.

KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Being part of Global IT team and responsible for SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) module configuration and associated developments are designed built tested & deployed according to S/4 HANA best practices.
• Facilitate and support workstream managers / Solution Architects & leads right from requirement gathering solution design with focus on Sales and Customer Service processes and integration of same with operations finance & product management workstreams.

• Analyse business requirements related to sales quotations sales orders management order fulfilment invoicing returns and credit management processes.
• Configure core SD components such as sales order types item categories ATP pricing procedures delivery types billing types and work with technical teams for WRICEF developments
• Responsible for creating/maintaining functional specifications for WRICEF (Workflow Report Interface Conversion Enhancement Forms) objects.

• Perform configuration testing training migration cutover go-live and hyper care activities.
• Support incidents or change requests for the live Business units.
• Collaborate with BRIM MM FI PP and EWM module consultants to support cross-functional processes.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Essential:

• Bachelor / masters degree in business Computer Science or equivalent discipline is required with minimum 5 - 10 years of consulting experience with multiple Industries.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations / roll outs & support experience in Sales & Distribution module in S/4 HANA or SAP ECC Projects.
• Extensive experience in the core SD customizing including Quotations Sales contracts Sales order management Available to Promise (ATP) outbound logistics pricing billing and returns and credit management.
• Hands-on experience in SD configurations.
• Understanding on SAP Best Practices in SD module and their integrations & technology.
• Experience in S/4HANA environment and Fiori applications.
• Strong communication skills in English self-driven and motivated.
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline

Desirable:

• SAP S/4 HANA Certification in SAP SD.
• Knowledge of new features in SAP S/4HANA like embedded analytics user experience using Fiori SAP cloud platform
• Basic ABAP debugging or familiarity with enhancement frameworks.
