1. Job Title Analog Validation Engineer (SoC/ASIC / Analog IP Validation)

2. Role Overview The role focuses on validation and characterization of Analog and Mixed-Signal IPs within SoC/ASIC environments. The engineer will be responsible for setting up validation test benches executing silicon bring-up and performing automated characterization across PVT conditions. The position requires hands-on experience with lab equipment and validation methodologies for high-performance analog IPs.
3. Key Responsibilities -
Perform validation and characterization of Analog IPs such as ADC DAC PLL LDO and Bandgap

Develop and execute validation plans for SoC/ASIC silicon bring-up
-
Set up and debug test benches for analog and mixed-signal validation
-
Conduct automated characterization across Process Voltage and Temperature (PVT) conditions
-
Develop scripts and automation frameworks using tools like LabVIEW
-
Analyze silicon data and correlate with simulation results
-
Work with design teams to debug and resolve analog performance issues
-
Perform lab measurements using standard test and measurement equipment
-
Document validation procedures test results and debug findings
-
Support failure analysis and root cause identification
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design DFT and product engineering
-
Ensure validation coverage meets project and quality requirements
4. Required Qualifications -
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field

5 10 years of experience in Analog / Mixed-Signal Validation
-
Experience in silicon bring-up and post-silicon validation
-
Strong understanding of analog circuit fundamentals
