We are seeking an ambitious and qualified individual to join our Paris team as a Managing Director. The role as a Managing Director includes the development and implementation of the business plan collaboration with the firms international network on complex cross-border matters working with the local team and delivery of insolvency and restructuring assignments. This is an exciting role within the organisation and will offer the successful candidate a wealth of knowledge experience and increased responsibility.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate solid experience of:

  • driving high-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters
  • establish a real estate and construction business the service includes dispute advisory and expert witness as well as distressed real estate investment advisory construction related restructurings insolvencies and recovery litigation;
  • delivering quality work product and a high level of client service;
  • driving business and practice development;
  • establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients;
  • promoting an insolvency/ restructuring firm and sourcing new work;
  • managing an office and leading a team of professional staff and providing supervision and training; and
  • participating in and leading global business initiatives.

The candidate will have the following attributes:

  • a minimum of 10 years relevant work experience including insolvency restructuring and associated investigations;
  • a Bachelors degree or higher in accounting business administration or finance;
  • proven track record of business development;
  • highly motivated with a good business sense and commercial acumen;
  • strong financial business analytical and report writing skills;
  • strong people management skills; and
  • excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
