Scope of Responsibility
- Serves as an instructional leader in the areas of curriculum instruction and assessment.
- Promotes a collaborative culture for staff that focuses on growth and development for adults and students.
- Communicates effectively with all stakeholders.
- Oversees PBISas well asapplies behavioral systems to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Possesses a strong knowledge and background with the MTSS process intervention strategies and progress monitoring as well as special education services.
- Actively supports the educational development of each student and the professional development of all staff in alignment with the Districts vision and mission.
Compensation
Compenstation: $117900.00(Base Salary)
Salary and fringe benefits commensurate with the Strongsville City Schools Administrative Handbook based on experience
Two-Year 260 Day Administrative Contract
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree or beyond with a concentration in education administration
Valid Ohio Administrative High School Certificate/License
Previous High School Principal Assistant Principal and/or leadership experience preferred
Credentialed OTES 2.0 Evaluator
