Job Summary
Position Summary: Set up and/or operate: pallet jack boring machines miter saw slotter machine Pade profiler single/double head profiler Pade round end tenon Balestrini tenon Camam corner block Rotary shaper SCMI router Double head shaper Double end trim/bore Team Balestrini MIA Balestrini MZ CNC bandsaw spindle carver Nichols block machine. Also assist in off loading the prior listed Duties and Responsibilities:Sets up and operates machines due to production frame ticket to determine what wood panels/parts are needed and quanity needed. Selects installs aligns and adjusts cutterheads forms jigs needed to achieve proper quality/tolerances guides using hand shaped stock to verify size and quantity needed is produced using rulers and/or tape also hold and push stock into cutterheads without aid of jig or perform other duties/ special or non-routine assignments as instructed.
