Location: Austin TX Duration: 371 days Bill Rate: $72.59 $94.25/hr
Job Summary
This is a pivotal role for a highly skilled IT professional with 5 years of systems administration experience serving as the Austin site s primary IT lead. Drive stability and performance for both Commercial and FedRAMP systems provide advanced user support and play a vital role in implementing and maintaining critical technology solutions. Your expertise will ensure business continuity security compliance and seamless IT operations across the organization.
Emphasis on Skills
Proficiency in Windows/Android Apple ecosystem (Macs iPhones iPads) Microsoft 365 Google Workspace Jamf InTune Okta Zoom Slack. Strong troubleshooting security best practices and communication skills are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main IT contact and escalation point for the Austin office with occasional travel to other sites.
- Provide advanced technical support for enterprise productivity tools and applications.
- Collaborate with senior admins on business-critical projects including the expansion and support of AI tools.
- Lead and uphold compliance for FedRAMP systems partnering with the IAM team to ensure business continuity and secure operations.
- Coordinate with InfoSec to address security vulnerabilities across enterprise tools.
- Maintain accurate hardware and software inventories; assist with asset management.
- Deliver proactive high-level technical support to senior leaders and executive staff.
- Identify and drive process improvements to enhance support operations.
- Create update and publish knowledge base articles to document solutions and procedures.
- Manage AV systems including troubleshooting and coordinating with integrators for maintenance.
