Duration- 4-6 month duration
Pay rate $28 an hour
Looking for at least 2 years experience
Associate Degree plus or must have HS diploma with all skills
Excel experience is required-- data analysis pivot tables etc..
Fieldglass used for time keeping
Hybrid position- 2-3 days in the office
8:00 to 5:00 with lunch break
No traveling needed
Possible conversion but need to see as the position and the candidate progresses in the role.
Prefers person on site the 2-3 days a week but if have all skills remote considered but need to work the 8:00-5:00 CST working time
Experience: 2years. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas pivot tables data analysis). Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and experience or interest in data analytics reporting tools or automation (e.g. Power BI) is preferred.
Position Description: Supports Supply Chain Finance activities through financial analysis reporting and process improvement. This role assists with routine and non routine financial tasks. Working with finance and operational teams to improve financial processes and supports accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders.
Impacts: Needs professional know how methods tools and principles and to apply these to differing situations. Needs to solve assigned non-routine tasks and to contribute to projects or assignments or to support development of guidelines methods tools or business processes.
Key Responsibilities: This position will monitor financial and operational processes and support accurate and timely reporting for business stakeholders. This will involve analyzing large datasets for inconsistencies identifying priority issues and driving resolution by engaging with cross functional teams in the organization. A willingness to develop business understanding and contributing to the team effort is a plus. The ability to generate ideas and drive improvements to processes business methods or technical components is desired.
