Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the CAE market focusing on industries such as automotive aerospace defense industrial equipment and and prioritize target customers including OEMs Tier 1 suppliers and R&D-driven new business development and expand partnerships with engineering teams R&D departments and Generation & Business DevelopmentManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing high-value deals with enterprise a consultative sales approach to demonstrate how CAE simulation FEA CFD and Multiphysics software can optimize product design and engineering opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing closely with technical sales engineers to provide product demonstrations and proof-of-concept work & CollaborationCollaborate cross-functionally with technical teams product managers and marketing to deliver value-driven solutions to accurate records of sales activities pipeline and forecasts using CRM & Competitive AnalysisMonitor CAE industry trends emerging technologies and competitors to refine sales feedback to the R&D and product management teams to align software offerings with market the company at industry conferences trade shows and technical symposiums (e.g. NAFEMS ASME SAE AIAA).Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelors degree in Engineering or BusinessExperience: 3 years in enterprise software salesStrong background in selling FEA CFD or multiphysics software solutions (e.g. MSC Software ANSYS Abaqus COMSOL Siemens Simcenter Altair HyperWorks Autodesk CFD).Experience managing complex technical sales cycles with enterprise customers and engineering ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in the engineering software understanding of CAE workflows product lifecycle management (PLM) and digital twin with CRM tools such as Salesforce as well as Microsoft Office in EnglishKey CompetenciesTechnical acumen: Ability to understand and communicate engineering simulation concepts -focused approach: Ability to build relationships with engineers CTOs and R&D negotiation and presentation in fast-changing technology & TravelHybrid or remote depending on company to travel (up to 50%) for client meetings industry events and technical workshops.
