Shape the future of consulting talent by designing and leading impactful early-career development programmes.

The Role

As an Early Years Careers Lead you will lead the design delivery and continuous evolution of early-career talent programmes across Capco. You will oversee the full lifecycle of development for apprentices graduates interns and career-changers entering the organisation.

Working closely with business leaders technical SMEs HR Talent Acquisition and external training partners you will ensure that early-career professionals develop both consulting capability and foundational technical knowledge aligned with our work across financial services banking and insurance.

What Youll Do

Design and deliver early-career development programmes including apprenticeships graduate schemes and structured learning pathways.
Manage multiple cohorts tracking progress supporting development and providing coaching throughout the programme lifecycle.
Partner with business leaders and SMEs to ensure learning content aligns with consulting capabilities and evolving financial services needs.
Oversee apprenticeship programmes including levy utilisation regulatory compliance and relationships with training providers.
Use programme data feedback and performance insights to continuously improve development journeys and learning outcomes.
Ad-hoc engagement on wider global L&D projects and initiatives

What Were Looking For

Experience working within a professional management consultancy environment.
Strong understanding of financial services banking or insurance sectors.
Proven experience designing and delivering early-career development or apprenticeship programmes.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to collaborate across business leaders HR and external partners.
Excellent programme management skills with the ability to oversee multiple cohorts and development pathways simultaneously.

Bonus Points For

Experience using digital learning technologies or learning management systems.
Knowledge of early-careers attraction recruitment or talent pipeline development.
Experience supporting diverse and inclusive early-career talent initiatives.
Familiarity with consulting capability frameworks or structured development pathways.
Experience working with apprenticeship levy funding and programme optimisation.
