CrewSELECT are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a leading national organisation within the water treatment and infrastructure industry.
Based in a modern Jandakot workshop this role offers the rare opportunity to work on modular water treatment equipment and systems while still being home every night no FIFO required.
With the current Supervisor transferring internally to the companys New Zealand division in mid-April a full handover will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
This position will see you leading a small team within the modular solutions department overseeing the maintenance servicing and troubleshooting of specialised water treatment and fixed plant equipment.
Youll supervise a team of four technicians support apprentice development and work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
Supervise and support a team of 4 technicians within the modular department
Oversee maintenance servicing and fault finding on modular water treatment systems
Troubleshoot PLC and VSD related faults within plant equipment
Coordinate workshop workflow and ensure safe efficient operations
Provide guidance and training to apprentices and junior technicians
Work collaboratively with engineering teams to deliver solutions to plant issues
We are looking for someone who is calm under pressure practical and solutions-driven with strong technical understanding of plant equipment.
You will likely have experience in:
Fixed plant or water treatment plant maintenance
PLC and VSD troubleshooting
Supervising or mentoring trades or technicians
Workshop-based plant or mechanical/electrical maintenance environments
Leadership experience is highly regarded but strong senior technicians ready to step into a supervisory role are also encouraged to apply.
