Job Summary
As the Claims Senior Analyst youll support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of Best Buys Final Mile Claims this role youll manage the full lifecycle of claims processing including intake investigation resolution and partner communication. Youll collaborate with delivery partners supply chain teams and internal business partners to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving analyzing operational trends and identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce claim costs.
This role is remote eligible which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

What youll do
- Manage the intake investigation and resolution of Final Mile claims in alignment with program standards and SLAs
- Partner with DDCs Delivery Pads and retail partners to ensure accurate and timely claim handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain Field Services Finance and vendors to improve claims processes
- Develop and maintain reporting to provide visibility into claim trends and operational performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency accuracy and customer experience
Basic qualifications
- 3 years of experience in services retail merchant supply chain or a related field
- 3 years of experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- 4 years of experience in services retail supply chain or operations
- 2 years of project management experience
- Experience with claims management logistics or vendor operations
- Experience developing operational reports or analyzing business data
- Experience working in a remote environment
- Familiarity with process improvement or root-cause analysis
- Bachelors degree in business liberal arts or a related field
