Job Responsibilities

**Looking for interns who can commit 3 to 6 months full-time.

Short overview on the Unit/Team

The Finance Team ensures the companys financial health by managing daytoday operations maintaining compliance and supporting accurate reporting. It plays a key role in safeguarding resources strengthening internal controls and enabling informed business decisions.

Understanding GST regulatory requirements and supporting compliance documentation
Finance Operations and Reporting
Insight into financial year-end audit processes
Practical experience working with internal finance systems and processes.

Job Description

The intern will primarily support the finance team members in the following:

GST Assisted Compliance Assurance Programme (ACAP)- compilation of documents or information
Day-to-day operations (e.g. Invoice verification compilation of purchase order information staff claim processing)
Financial year-end audits
Finance initiatives/projects (e.g. process automation)
Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

(Must) Undergraduate or Polytechnic student who can commit full-time for 3 to 6 months from May 2026
(Must) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
