Lead With Purpose

  • Act as a dentsu ambassador building strong and trusted relationships across clients industry partners and internal teams;

  • Represent our values through your leadership collaboration and commitment to exceptional delivery.

Drive Modern Integrated Media Excellence

  • Shape and deliver innovative full-spectrum media solutions grounded in client ambitions and enabled bydentsuscapabilities;

  • Use a deep understanding of digital and offline media to design strategies that are evidence-based creative and future-fit.

Elevate Client Growth

  • Guide clients through complex business and marketing challenges with confidence and strategic clarity;

  • Ensure sustainable account performance client satisfaction and commercial growth.

ExperienceWereLooking For

  • Extensive agency (or relevant client-side commercial) experience in a senior client-facing role;

  • A proven ability to grow and nurture client relationships;

  • Strong media knowledge (digital offline) ideally as a communications planner/director;

  • Experience managing teams with varied backgrounds and skill levels;

  • Confident advising clients in a digital-first context;

  • Strong presentation and communication skills;

  • Experience managing budgets and/or P&L;

  • Fluent inDutch and English.
