End to end recruitment process looking for the best candidates in the market!
Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing both their previous experience as well as culture fit within our environment
Delivering a phenomenal candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the process
Build and maintain effective partnerships and relationships with colleagues hiring managers HR partners and candidates
Leading our system technology to ensure data integrity at all times
Utilize a variety of direct recruitment methods to source candidate (e.g. Linked in Job Boards employee referrals advertising) as well as third party agencies when required
Ensuring all follow up on recruitment is done in a timely manner
Project work as the need arises in line with TA goals and objectives
Around 1 year of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Proficient English and Dutch/ German spoken and written
Previous experience within multinational corporate company is a huge plus
Results oriented driven personality who can prioritize and take care of high volume of various roles
Experienced in crafting solutions with strong communication and collaborative partnership skills with internal and external partners to ensure the effective execution of HR solutions across the enterprise
