HR Specialist

Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week
Location: Santry Dublin (will involve travel to other sites across Dublin/Ireland)

What will you be doing

Be the first point of contact for managers on daytoday employee relations and performance management queries
Prepare essential HR administration including disciplinary invites outcomes absence reviews terminations severance letters and TUPE documentation
Support the HR Team and Senior HR Managers with initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience
Identify and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures
Deliver training and development support for people managers across HR topics including Inductions Disciplinaries Investigations and more
Provide assistance to Senior Managers on adhoc priorities

About You

Previous experience in an HR Admin or HR Advisor role
Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Sound judgement analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities
Customerfocused approach with professionalism confidentiality and discretion
Ability to work independently manage priorities and handle a varied workload
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
