Role Purpose

• Verify and process invoice settlement via Netsuite system;
• Closely monitor payment approval status and be the focal point to communicate with Finance for payment arrangement ensuring payment is settled on time;
• Prepare Payment Requisition Form (PRF) for invoice processing;
• Support Cost Management team on data collection;
• Support Contract team on contract administration duties;
• Prepare monthly accrual report to finance department;
• Keep clear accounting records and maintain up-to-date data for cost analysis;
• Prepare cost report for internal meetings;
• Assist to prepare and monitor the annual budget;
• Handle other administrative duties as assigned by management.

• Diploma or above or a qualification that demonstrates suitable experience in a related discipline;
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant role;
• Hands-on experience in Oracle Netsuite is preferred;
• Knowledge of airlines ground operations and cost structure would be an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
• High integrity and strong attention to detail.
