Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Automation Java Analyst
We are seeking Senior Associate Automation Java Analyst those are Entry-level role supporting application development and maintenance across enterprise systems. Responsibilities include L2 support minor enhancements defect fixes data analysis and release support. Ideal for fresh graduates with strong fundamentals in programming SQL and Unix/Linux scripting who are eager to learn in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Responsibilities
L2 Support & Maintenance: Analyze incidents/problems perform root cause analysis fix defects and close tickets within SLAs.
Minor Enhancements: Develop small changes scripts and utilities; participate in code reviews and unit testing.
Database Tasks: Write/read SQL queries create basic views troubleshoot data issues and validate test data.
Unix/Linux Scripting: Create/modify shell scripts for jobs file processing and routine operational tasks.
Monitoring & Operations: Monitor jobs logs and alerts; support batch processes and scheduled tasks.
Release & Deployment Support: Assist in build/package activities deployment verification and post release hypercare.
Documentation: Maintain runbooks SOPs KB articles test cases and change records.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers testers and business analysts to triage issues and implement fixes.
Quality & Governance: Adhere to coding standards security guidelines and change management processes (ITIL).

Must Have Skills
Programming Fundamentals: One or /C# Python or JavaScript (ability to read/modify code).
SQL: Select/Insert/Update/Delete joins group by basic performance awareness stored procedures (nice to have).
Unix/Linux Basics: Navigation file operations permissions grep/awk/sed crontab log analysis; shell scripting.
SDLC Basics: Git branching/merging CI/CD basics unit testing issue tracking (e.g. JIRA/ServiceNow).
Problem Solving: Strong debugging mindset attention to detail structured approach to RCA.
Communication: Clear written & verbal English; ability to document steps & updates in tickets.

Good to Have (Plus)
Exposure to cloud (AWS/Azure) fundamentals or Linux on cloud VMs.
Basic knowledge of APIs/JSON/REST and Postman.
Familiarity with ITIL concepts (Incidents/Changes/Problem).
Knowledge of one RDBMS (Oracle/MySQL/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
Fundamentals of Networking (ports DNS) security basics and regex.
Any exposure to monitoring tools (CloudWatch Splunk Grafana) is a bonus
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
B.E./ (2024/2025/2026 pass outs preferred)
CGPA 6.5 or 65% aggregate (flexible for exceptional project work)
No active backlogs at the time of joining
