What awaits you/ Job Profile
| You will lead the design development and implementation of new features on the Qualtrics survey platform. Current initiatives include integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) and enabling WhatsApp survey channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption of new functionalities while maintaining compliance with BMWs IT and data privacy standards. |
What should you bring along
| - Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into secure scalable technical solutions.
- Experience working with survey platforms preferably Qualtrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Awareness of GDPR and enterprise compliance requirements.

Must have technical skill | - Hands-on experience with Qualtrics platform configuration and feature enablement.
- Understanding of authentication protocols (SSO OAuth SAML).
- Experience with enterprise system integrations (CRM ERP IAM).
- Familiarity with API integrations and workflow automation.

Good to have technical skills | - Exposure to messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp Business API).
- Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent).
- Basic coding skills in JavaScript or Python for customization.
- Qualtrics CoreXM certification.
