What awaits you/ Job Profile	You will lead the design development and implementation of new features on the Qualtrics survey platform. Current initiatives include integrating Single Sign-On (SSO) and enabling WhatsApp survey channels. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless rollout and adoption of new functionalities while maintaining compliance with BMWs IT and data privacy standards.
What should you bring along	Strong leadership and project management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into secure scalable technical solutions. Experience working with survey platforms preferably Qualtrics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Awareness of GDPR and enterprise compliance requirements.
Must have technical skill	Hands-on experience with Qualtrics platform configuration and feature enablement. Understanding of authentication protocols (SSO OAuth SAML). Experience with enterprise system integrations (CRM ERP IAM). Familiarity with API integrations and workflow automation.
Good to have technical skills	Exposure to messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp Business API). Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent). Basic coding skills in JavaScript or Python for customization. Qualtrics CoreXM certification.
