Your Role


We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented B2B Client Advisorwho will play a key role in increasing our profitability and sales revenue by delivering a luxury sales experience.

In this role you will be part of our Health Corporate & Performance team supporting and developing partnerships within this varied segment across Australia. You will play a crucial part in selling Technogym products and services providing a premium customer experience understanding the customers needs and offering the best solution for their needs.

You will handle all requests from new and/or existing customers and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns by creating a strong interaction (mostly via call/ email/ chat).
As a Brand Ambassador you will deliver an excellent remote customer experience drive sales performance and help expand our B2B network in these sectors.

Your Impact

  • Drive B2B sales performance through proactive outreach lead qualification and customer follow-up
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with businesses in the Health Corporate and Performance sector via phone email and digital channels
  • Identify new business opportunities by researching the healthcare and performance market contacting prospects and promoting our product portfolio
  • Provide tailored product advice and help customers find the right solutions for their business needs
  • Manage and maintain the CRM system ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date customer information
  • Collaborate closely with Field Sales Marketing and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
  • Prepare quotations proposals and follow-ups supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to order
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints ensuring quick and effective resolution

Please note this role is about 90% on the phone and 5 days from the office in our Rushcutters Bay location.

About You

Ideally you are passionate about our industry enthusiastic and proactivewhile maintaining a structured service-oriented approach. You thrive on connecting with people enjoy sales conversations and know how to build trust and long-term partnerships through excellent communication.

What You Bring

  • Experience in Inside Sales Customer Success or B2B Account Management (preferably in a B2B environment)
  • Bachelors degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Passion for fitness customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
  • A team-oriented positive and entrepreneurial attitude

This is an in-office role and you must be based in Sydney to be eligible for this role.
