Job Description:

Plan and execute fire restoration and water mitigation projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers clients subcontractors and resource providers involved. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.

Base Commission:
This position offers a base salary plus a commission structure
Salary range listed refers only to the base salary portion of pay package

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and sell projects
Educate customers on process
Identify and document project scope of work
Maintain customer and client communications
Review estimates
Obtain customer and client agreement on scope and estimate
Create project schedule

Qualifications:

Superb customer service track record
Effective written and oral communication
Experience in mitigation/restoration required
Xactimate knowledge
High school diploma/GED
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
Walking and standing for long periods of time driving sitting climbing
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Must be available to work a rotating on-call schedule
