Job Duties
The attorney will provide a wide variety of legal services to various education agencies reporting to the Secretary of Education.
Together with other Section attorneys the attorney will provide legal services to the assigned state agencies that report to the Secretary of Education other than degree-granting institution of higher education. Additionally this individual will provide other legal services to the Commonwealth as directed the Office of the Attorney General. Some travel may be required.

Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the general practice of law particularly those candidates with experience in the representation of governmental agencies or in education law.
