Position Summary
The Warranty Coordinator supports the Warranty Team and ensures that company solutions perform to the expected level of performance.
Responsibilities
- Works with customers to resolve project warranty issues
- Interacts with clients vendors and Wynright departments regarding warranty matters
- Tracks project warranty historical information
- Approves monitors and reports on warranty expenditures
- Monitors part warranty claims to identify trends and investigate root cause
- Ensures customer satisfaction through resolution of warranty issues
- Works to coordinate material delivery and site visits for warranty related work
- Assists the Client Care Service Delivery Coordinator with coordination tasks
- Travels up to 50%
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with material handling or industrial automation systems
