Role Overview
Mitie is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant to establish and implement Power Automate standards guardrails and governance structures across the organization. This role is critical to ensuring scalable secure and compliant adoption of automation solutions within the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement an enterprise-wide governance framework for Power Automate.
- Define standards guardrails and best practices for automation development and deployment.
- Establish security compliance and monitoring protocols aligned with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with IT business stakeholders and automation teams to ensure smooth adoption.
- Provide training documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Conduct audits and reviews of existing Power Automate flows to ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on automation strategy and roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform especially Power Automate.
- Strong background in automation governance standards and enterprise adoption frameworks.
- Experience in security compliance and risk management within automation solutions.
- Ability to design and implement scalable automation guardrails across large organizations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior consulting experience with enterprise clients is highly desirable.
