This on-site contract position offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic medical practice environment.
As a Locum NP/PA you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality healthcare to our patients. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care manage patient caseloads and ensure the best possible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
- Perform necessary procedures and interventions
- Document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records
- Educate patients and families on health management
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Participate in rounds and case discussions
- Stay updated on clinical best practices and guidelines
Requirements
- Current NP or PA certification and state licensure
- Associate degree in Nursing or relevant field for NP; or Physician Assistant program completion for PA
- Experience in Internal Medicine or hospitalist settings is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
