As we evolve toward conversational agentic AI-powered digital platforms you will play a key role in designing and delivering high-quality scalable solutions while helping shape the future of intelligent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and maintain scalable applications using Java and Kotlin
• Contribute to architecture decisions and implement robust enterprise-grade solutions
• Build and enhance AI-driven conversational platforms and services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Drive innovation initiatives bringing new ideas and approaches to the team
• Ensure high-quality code through best practices testing and code reviews
• Work within cloud-native environments primarily on Azure
• Inspire both technical teams and business stakeholders with forward-looking solutions

Required Skills & Experience

• 810 years of hands-on development experience
• Strong expertise in Java and Kotlin
• Deep understanding of Java architecture and advanced Java concepts
• Proven experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture
• Experience working on Azure Cloud
• Solid understanding of software design principles and scalable system design
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proactive mindset with a strong learning attitude and innovation spirit

Nice to Have

• Experience in AI/ML or conversational platforms
• Exposure to agentic AI systems or chatbot frameworks
• Background as a Senior Java Developer in enterprise environments
