Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the measurement and preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for new and ongoing projects.
Oversee cost planning budgeting forecasting and reporting across multiple developments.
Manage contract administration including preparation of interim payment certificates and final accounts.
Conduct periodic measurement and valuation of completed and ongoing works to ensure cost accuracy.
Allocate upcoming works to contractors in collaboration with the Construction Manager.
Provide commercial support to site teams ensuring alignment between cost control and construction progress.
Update BOQs and prepare detailed cost and financial reports for management review.
Implement and maintain robust commercial processes controls and standards across projects.

Candidate Profile

At least 5 years of Experience in the Construction Industry
Strong expertise in cost management contract administration and project commercial control.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams influence stakeholders and drive performance.
Experience working on large-scale or multi-project developments is an advantage.
Strong communication analytical and negotiation skills.
Qualification in any Related Quantity Surveying or Construction programs
Affiliation to any international / professional Body or professional Certification
