At Westfield Mt Gravatt were looking for a Services Attendant to join our supportive and energetic team. This role supports both Car Park and Concierge operations with a strong focus on car park operations and administrative coordination to ensure our centre runs smoothly for customers retailers and the wider centre team.
Youll play an important role in delivering a seamless customer experience from assisting customers with parking enquiries to managing operational and administrative tasks that keep our centre running efficiently. No two days are the same and youll work closely with the wider centre team to ensure every customer visit is smooth safe and enjoyable.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Providing friendly and professional service across both Concierge and Car Park operations
- Assisting customers with parking enquiries directions and centre information
- Monitoring and supporting car park operations including traffic flow and equipment checks
- Managing administrative tasks such as lost property customer enquiries and service requests
- Responding to phone email and online enquiries in a timely and helpful manner
- Supporting the sales and processing of Westfield Gift Cards and other services when required
- Assisting with operational tasks such as safety checks and maintaining a clean organised car park environment
- Working collaboratively with the centre team to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer experience
This role is a casual position requiring flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster.

- Experience in customer-facing roles such as retail hospitality or guest services
- Hold a valid drivers licence (Provisional or Full licence accepted)
