Job Summary

SUMMARY

As a Recruiter you will be a key driver of the companys talent acquisition strategy responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of highly skilled professionals across various departments. This position requires a proactive and strategic individual with extensive knowledge of advanced recruitment methodologies and a proven track record of success in sourcing and hiring top-tier talent. You will play a critical role in building a strong and diverse workforce to support the companys growth and objectives.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume and specialized positions including developing targeted recruitment plans employing advanced sourcing techniques conducting in-depth candidate assessments managing offer negotiations and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates utilizing a wide range of channels such as advanced Boolean searches social media recruitment professional networking industry events and targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with potential candidates hiring managers industry influencers and external partners to build a strong talent pipeline and enhance the companys employer brand.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments including behavioral interviews technical evaluations and reference checks to evaluate skills experience qualifications and cultural fit ensuring alignment with the companys values and objectives.
  • Assist in the implementation and utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to manage the recruitment process efficiently track key metrics analyze data and generate insightful recruitment reports.
  • Develop and promote a compelling employer brand to attract top talent creating engaging content for career pages and social media and representing the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices interview techniques and compensation strategies ensuring a consistent and effective recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws regulations and company policies maintaining ethical and professional standards throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Experience working in the property management or residential real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • Expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) HRIS and other recruitment technologies.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies utilizing a variety of advanced recruitment channels.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws regulations and best practices in talent acquisition.
