WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
You will be part of Pfizers dynamic Global Access and Value (GAV) team and will have theimportant roleof creating and executing theHTA Value&Evidence (HV&E) strategy. The DirectorHV&Esecondeewill supportritlecitinib(Litfulo) an exciting launch asset in the Medical Dermatology portfolio. You willbe responsible forthe evidence generation strategy at a Global level including oversight and development of evidence generation and dissemination of technical deliverables to successful access strategy.Thisrole is focused on generating evidence through incorporation into clinical trial programs and real-world data studies as well as ensuring value and evidence generation around the economic andhumanistic aspects.You willparticipatein specialized projects within the realm of I&I aiding in crafting andimplementingcomprehensive accessevidencestrategies.
HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE IT
Lead the development of theHTAValue & EvidenceStrategyto support the access values ofassets in close partnership with the cross-functional matrix team
Work closely withPRD CMAO WRD and commercial to ensure that theiraccess evidence/HEORneedsare met
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure an aligned value and evidence plan at theGloballevel.
Develop real world evidence generation strategies and lead the design and execution ofstudies (e.g.treatment patterns real world effectiveness burden of illness studiesepidemiology studiesetc.) to generate evidence to support brand competitive differentiationand value proposition.
Lead the execution of clinically relevant and scientifically validcutting edgeHEOR studiesand projects (including non-interventional studies registries etc.)in alignment with theglobal HEOR strategy catered to diverse stakeholders (regulators payers patientsphysiciansand policy makers)
Lead the development ofappropriate datadissemination plans and communicatein atimelymanner.
Remain fully complianttoall Pfizer SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
