Your contribution:

  • You develop and implement corporate strategies in close cooperation with the management and make a significant contribution working closely with the board members.
  • You will conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • You evaluate and prioritize project ideas and potential M&A targets based on strategic goals and their economic feasibility.
  • You plan initiate and manage projects from the concept phase through to successful implementation together with senior management.
  • You identify process improvement potentials implement best practices and create presentations and analyses for management decisions for continuous development and efficiency improvement.

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration industrial engineering project managementfrom a renowned university a PhD is desirable.
  • You have several years of professional experience in leading strategic projects and in project management ideally in an international environment.
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high affinity for numbers and data.
  • You have proven implementation skills in strategic and operational projects.
  • You are characterized by excellent communication and presentation skills leadership and teamwork skills and have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
