Join us as a
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for elevators escalators and moving walks in various building types including commercial residential and industrial properties.
- Foster and manage client relationships to understand specific needs provide tailored sales solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends forecast sales performance and adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and technical service teams to ensure project specifications are accurate costs are controlled and timelines are met for seamless project execution.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies while achieving targeted profit margins.
- Provide detailed reports to management on sales activities market conditions and performance metrics to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Regularly engage with building contractors architects regulators and other key stakeholders to maintain alignment and collaboration throughout the sales and installation process.
- Engage in regular communication with in-house engineering technical service teams and management to coordinate project details share market insights and drive successful outcomes.
- Exhibit professional conduct and a customer-focused attitude in all interactions to uphold the companys reputation for quality and reliability.
Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Electronics) MBA preferred
Professional Experience :
At least 10 years of Sales experience out of which 2 years should be as a Sales Manager. At least 4 years of Project Selling Experience
