Function Summary Takes responsibility of fulfilling leads & prospecting new business from salary segment of bank partner to close Protection and annuity business. |
Key Responsibilities - Develop and own the multi-channel program roadmap for Cross-Sell Up-Sell D2C and VRM; define objectives scope success metrics and governance cadence.
- Translate business goals into executable initiatives with clear milestones workstreams RACI and risk/mitigation plans.
- Run program ceremonies (steerco weekly stand-ups retrospectives) and ensure timely decisions and unblockers.
- Design propensity-led offers and journeys for existing portfolios; partner with Analytics/CRM to build segments and triggers (lifecycle event behavioral).
- Optimize cross-channel orchestration (branch partner portals telephony email/SMS/WhatsApp app/web) to maximize conversion and persistency.
- Coordinate with underwriting product and operations to enable simple compliant and fast issuance for add-on covers/riders.
- Lead funnel performance across digital assets: acquisition landing pages quote illustration payment and e-issuance.
- Partner with digital marketing on media strategy (paid/organic) creative testing CRO SEO/ASO and marketing automation.
- Own martech stack utilization (CDP/CRM marketing automation analytics) and reporting dashboards for growth and CAC/LTV management.
| Measure of Success - Build and scale VRM pods for renewals cross-sell and lead nurturing; define scripts QA frameworks and productivity norms.
- Implement dialer/CTI lead management and real-time performance tracking; drive agent coaching and incentive programs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (DND consent disclosures) and customer experience (NPS/CSAT) standards.
- Serve as the primary POC for internal/external partners; co-create Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and quarterly reviews.
- Negotiate program commercials SLAs and incentive structures; monitor delivery adherence and escalate deviations.
- Drive enablement: product training sales kits digital assets compliance sign-offs and field reinforcement.
- Establish weekly/monthly performance governance with dashboards covering pipeline conversion issuance TAT persistency and claims.
- Use A/B testing and experimentation to improve offer design journeys and channel productivity; institutionalize learnings.
- Identify operational compliance and reputational risks; implement controls and remediation with Legal/Compliance.
