Inviting applications for the role of Manager Accounts Payable!

The Accounts Payable team is part of the Finance Operations pillar which is responsible for executing day-to-day operations (Accounts Payable Helpdesk Payments Invoice Processing Vendor Master Maintenance and T&E) for our clients. We protect and lead all aspects of corporate assets by establishing a control framework and audit environment and ensure those frameworks are implemented and followed.
Quality Assurance Manager will lead QA initiatives for the Accounts Payable (AP) process supporting SBH. This role ensures accuracy compliance and efficiency across AP operations including Helpdesk Payments Invoice Processing Vendor Master Maintenance and T&E. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills a deep understanding of AP workflows and experience in managing QA frameworks within finance or shared services environments.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement QA frameworks and SOPs for AP including Helpdesk Payments Invoice Processing Vendor Master Maintenance and T&E.
Monitor AP transactions for accuracy timeliness and compliance with client-specific and regulatory standards.
Conduct regular audits and root cause analysis to identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions.
Train and mentor AP team members on QA best practices and compliance protocols.
Manage documentation and ensure alignment with SOX and internal audit requirements.
Liaise with client stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and continuous improvement is achieved.


Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors / Masters degree with a major in Finance and Accounting.
Experience in AP finance operations and QA management.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle NetSuite) and QA tools.
Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience working with US-based clients or in a BPO/shared services environment.
Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications
Proficiency in Excel Power BI or other data visualization tools.
