About the job
The Server Administration Problem Coordinator ensures the efficient management of service requests from logging to fulfilment by coordinating technical teams monitoring progress and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role guarantees that requests are delivered on time according to defined SLAs and in line with ITIL best practices.
Responsilities:
- Monitor problem records and ensure proper ownership and resolution.
- Coordinate root cause analysis (RCA) with technical teams after major incidents.
- Track implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify trends in recurring incidents and propose structural fixes.
- Communicate with stakeholders on problem investigations and progress.
- Maintain a knowledge base with workarounds and known errors.
Requirements:
- French (B2 minimum C1 preferred); English B2.
- At least 1 year of experience in Problem Management Incident Management or similar.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL Problem Management.
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred) & Business Intelligence (PowerBI).
- Strong written communication for RCA reports.
- Excellent facilitation and coordination skills.
- Education in a relevant field.
