About the Role

As the National Operations Manager you will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic execution across ourbusiness.

You will lead a team focused on maximising return on investment and making choices that significantly impact our market presence. This role is central to our winning in-store philosophy requiring you to collaborate extensively with customers marketing and sales teams to analyse data develop strategic plans and ensure seamless execution.

You will interact with both internal back-end teams and third-party partners fostering relationships that streamline processes and drive growth.

How you will contribute

  • Lead and inspire a team of field sales representatives/managers ensuring the robust execution of the sales strategy and the consistent achievement of annual KPIs and targets.

  • Actively manage develop and motivate your team collaborating closely with the sales capability team to ensure comprehensive training delivery.

  • Work in close partnership with key stakeholders including the account team category management activation team sales capability and customer finance.

  • Strategically streamline communications across all operationalfacetsto enhance clarity and efficiency.

What you will bring

  • A deep understanding of commercial customer relationships and dynamics.

  • Solid background in sales operations encompassing strategy execution and analysis.

  • Previousexposureworking with independent retailers and channels.

  • Proven experience in sales and managing a high-performing team of salespeople.

  • Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data and initiatives.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.

  • Exceptional perseverance and meticulous attention to detail.
