Salary:
The board will provide a competitive compensation package. A multiyear contract with provisions for annual review and evaluations will be offered.
The salary and fringe benefits will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

An active participant in the community who builds pride in the district promoting partnerships and collaboration betweeen parents community leaders businesses and other stakeholders.
A working knowledge of school construction and ability to engage the community in facility planning and support.
The ability to communicate effectively and engage students community members board representatives administrators teachers and classified personnel in important school matters.
A firm grasp of federal state and local regulations and policies.
Visionary skills with the ability to produce short and long range plans for ongoing improvement.
Demonstrated expertise in educational performance standards and curriculum with a proven ability to improve student achievement through data-driven decision-making that inspires others to do the same.
